What this site collects
Contact form submissions only.
The site collects information you submit through the contact form: name, email address, company (optional), inquiry type, and message. No other personal data is collected. There are no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no fingerprinting libraries, no third-party trackers of any kind.
Server logs may briefly capture IP addresses and user agents for security and abuse-prevention purposes. These logs are not analyzed for marketing purposes and are rotated on a standard hosting cycle (typically 30 days).
How submissions are used
To reply to your inquiry. Nothing else.
Contact form submissions are forwarded to paul@paul-okhrem.com via Formspree, a third-party form-handling service that delivers email submissions. Formspree does not retain submissions long-term beyond their delivery service window.
Submissions are used solely to reply to your inquiry and conduct any subsequent engagement-related correspondence. You are not added to any marketing list. No newsletter, no nurture sequence, no automated follow-up. If your inquiry leads to an engagement, the contact information becomes part of the engagement record. If your inquiry does not lead to an engagement, the email correspondence is retained in standard email archives but not actively used for any further purpose.
Your rights

EU residents have specific rights under the General Data Protection Regulation: access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection. This site applies these principles to all visitors regardless of location. To exercise any right — including a request to delete your contact submission and any subsequent correspondence from the email archive — write to paul@paul-okhrem.com with the subject line Privacy Request. Requests are handled within 14 business days.
Third-party services
Limited and named.
The only third-party service that processes personal data submitted to this site is Formspree (formspree.io), used to forward contact form submissions to email. Formspree’s privacy practices are published at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
The site is hosted on standard static hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may have access to server logs as part of normal operational responsibilities. Email correspondence is handled through standard professional email infrastructure.
The site does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Segment, or any similar analytics or tracking service.

This site does not set any cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If a third-party service (such as Formspree at form submission time) sets a session cookie strictly necessary for that submission to work, that cookie expires when the browser closes.
